Are programs available online or in-person?

We offer both online and in-person options. Most programs are available online with video lessons and live Q&A sessions. Select workshops are offered in-person at our London location.
What is the time commitment for programs?

Programs typically require 15-30 minutes of daily practice plus weekly lessons. The Daily Gestures program runs 8 weeks, Tool Handling is 10 weeks, and Care Routines is 6 weeks.
Do I need special equipment?

No special equipment is required for most programs. For Care Routines, we recommend basic moisturizers and treatment products. Tool Handling participants work with their existing tools.
Can I visit your London office?

Yes! We welcome visitors by appointment. Please email us at least 48 hours in advance to schedule a visit. We offer tours, consultations, and program information sessions.
